I haven't received my item(s). What can I do?

If you haven't received your items within 4 days you can either ring us on 0131 516 1230 or email Customer Support at cs@facelocker.co.uk

Normally orders are shipped the next day and should arrive within 2 to 3 days. Occasionally, despite everyone's best efforts parcels are delayed however and we'll do everything we can to help you.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for the delivery of your items. These should take no more than 2-3 days to arrive.

Obviously if you've opted for Next Day Delivery through DPD you'll get your items the very next day as long as your order before 12pm.

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over a £30 value through Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Orders under £30 have a £3.95 delivery charge and are also shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Can I return my items?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@facelocker.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
